Terms & Conditions

When placing an order with Soleil Alexandre Boutique, LLC.:

1. I confirm that I have ordered the correct color and quantity.

2. I confirm that my shipping address and email address are correct.

3. I understand that if my address is incorrect my order will be canceled.

4. I understand that once the terms and conditions are accepted and the order is submitted, I will receive an order confirmation email which will include my order number and purchase summary.

5. I understand that once my order has been placed, I am unable to request any changes or order edits.

6. I understand that once my shipment has been created, I am unable to cancel my order.

7. I understand that orders are shipped within 3-5 business days, but may take 5-7 business days for delivery.

8. I understand that Soleil Alexandre Boutique does not accept returns or exchanges.

9. I understand that issues with my order must be communicated here within 7 days of receiving my order. 

10. I understand that Soleil Alexandre Boutique is not held liable for shipments scanned and received by USPS that show delivered and are not received, shipments that arrive late, or shipments marked undeliverable. In the event that this takes place with your order, contact the USPS with your tracking number for assistance.

  

Jewelry Care

All costume jewelry will eventually fade over time. We recommend keeping your jewelry safe from water, lotions, and oils. Hair products, make-up, and the natural oil from your skin can cause tarnishing so be sure to wipe clean after wear with a dry cloth and store safely in your Soleil Alexandre Boutique jewelry bag. To get more life out of your jewelry try pre-treating it with a jewelry protectant spray. 

While our premium hypoallergenic jewelry is water-resistant, this does not mean it is exempt from tarnishing (all jewelry tarnishes over time), so please be sure to wipe your hypoallergenic jewelry clean with a dry cloth and store safely in your Soleil Alexandre Boutique jewelry bag as well.
